1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 US states , including Alaska and Hawaii.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

  • Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next business day

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx .

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Standard Shipping : Flat rate or free for orders over a certain amount (eg, Free over $50 )

  • Expedited Shipping : Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
You can track your package anytime using the carrier’s website.

6. Delivery Issues

If your package is:

  • Delayed : Please allow a few extra days and check tracking updates

  • Lost or stolen : Contact our support team for assistance

  • Returned to sender : Due to incorrect address, we will notify you for reshipment (additional fees may apply)

7. Incomplete or Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Chuubnapo is not responsible for:

  • Delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address

  • Reshipping fees due to customer-provided errors

If you have any special delivery instructions (e.g., specific time slots, gifting, contactless delivery), please leave a note at checkout or call our hotline directly.

9. Weather & Force Majeure

Deliveries may be delayed due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you promptly and work to arrange the earliest possible delivery time.
