  • Item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

❗ Final-sale items, personalized goods, and used products are not eligible for return.

To start a return:

  2. Our support team will review and send you return instructions

  3. Ship the item to the address provided (return shipping costs may apply)

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Chuubnapo is not responsible for lost return shipments.

3. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

4. Exchanges

Need a different size or product?
Contact us to request an exchange , and we’ll help arrange it if inventory allows.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item , please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

  • Send a photo of the item and packaging

  • We will offer a replacement, refund, or credit depending on your preference

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t appeared after 7 business days:

  • Check your bank or credit card account again

  • Contact your payment provider
